S & J Lighthouse Enterprises Inc. dba Grand Rapids Cleaning Services and dba Grand Rapids House Cleaning, is a full service locally owned and operated company specializing in cleaning interiors of post construction projects, move-outs & move-ins, townhomes and apartments before the next occupancy in the greater Grand Rapids area. To date we have cleaned over 800 commercial projects including Rivertown Place Townhomes, Buffum Builders, Kilgore Builders, John VanderMaas Builders, BLH Homes, Walgreeens, Burns Retail Construction, American Eagle, BRC General Contractors, Grand Ridge Townhomes, Cascade Place Townhomes, Hidden Valley Townhomes, Alliance Home Improvement, Scott Bronkema Builders, Ethan Dozeman Dream Homes, Lakeside Developers, Ledger Builders, Pine Ridge Apartments, Camelot Woods Apartments Kilgore Builders, Brazzle Ridge, Hathaway Construction, Weight Watchers, Home Builders Association and many regularly scheduled residential homes.
Most of our jobs are charged by the hour rather than by the job because it is more equally fair to the customer and to us. We have proved our trustworthiness and credibility many times over. We do not charge for traveling time. There is no rounding up charges for a partial hour of working time that most other companies participate in. Time is charged in one-tenth of an hour increments. We are not the cheapest pricing in the marketplace, however you will get a great job done for you with trustworthy people and with the guarantee. We do the job right with a Christian attitude the first time around backed up by a guarantee that says; "If you are not completely satisfied, please inform us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will gladly re-clean that area free of charge." We have a 99% customer approval rating.
On most of the cleaning jobs, one of the owners will be present and make final inspection to make sure it is a top-notch job. We have an outstanding record of professionalism as you will find out as you check with our references. You will be pleasantly surprised at our professional workmanship.
